PLTP has an extensive portfolio of experience as a manufacturer within the food industry. Our blueprint for achieving standards of excellence within the industry is founded on the principles of our quality management system, under-pinned by an effective HACCP-based food safety program and compliance to the requirements of relevant legislative, regulatory and third party standards.

At the core of our quality systems is a resilient and dedicated commitment by the business to consistently manufacture a diverse range of products to the highest food safety and quality standards, integrating effective system improvements and recognising the need to evolve with the ever-changing requirements of our customers.

Certifications

PLTP is committed to inspiring customer confidence and recognizes the importance of meeting specialised customer, product and processing requirements.

With considerable experience in maintaining legislative / regulatory standards and achieving the provisions for third party compliance, we are able to provide personalised services that ensure your certification requirements are maintained.

Our business is currently an export registered establishment for the processing of dairy prescribed goods [Est.10] and has continuously maintained certification to the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety from 2015 until 2021 for the preparation and blending of low acid and acidic/acidified ingredients (fruit, vegetable, grain, meat, fish and dairy), thermally processed, shelf stable ready to eat foods, retorted in heat sealed and spouted flexible pouches. While the BRC Certification has not been maintained from April 2021 onward, this and/or other certification(s) are able to be re-established in order to meet new customer requirements.
